Workshop Schedule

Namaste Yoga offers a variety of workshops, some occurring regularly each month, and others appearing once or twice a year or as the seasons change. Attending a workshop is a great way to deepen your practice, or your knowledge on something specific. Click on the calendar to view upcoming workshops. 

Here is the latest workshop news!

  • Join Karen for Yoga for Runners and Cyclists on April 13th from 2-3:30pm.
  • Enchanted Hearts, a local kirtan group, will grace our Namaste space on Sunday evening, April 14th from 7-9pm. If you’ve never experienced live music & kirtan in community, it is a moving experience! $25
  • Join Jolynn for a Crystal Sound Bowl workshop and practice on April 20th from 2-3:30pm.
  • Join Melissa for Yoga for Pelvic Health from 2:30-4pm on April 28th. She is also offering Yoga for Low Back Pain again on May 19th from 2-4pm.
  • Karen Duganier is joining us for a special day on cinco de Mayo! On May 5th, she will teach the Sunday Slow Flow at 9am as well as a Movement, Meditation & Mantra workshop from 1-3pm that afternoon. Signup on the class or course tab.
  •  Theresa will teach a 2-hour workshop on Friday night, May 10th, in place of her regular Friday evening class. Details to come.
  • Jolynn & Keira will be teaching a mom/child practice for ages 5 to 105 on Saturday, May 18th from 1-2pm.
  • Cyndy will offer a Yoga for Healthy Bones workshop at the beginning of June. Details to come.
